Prices

All prices include 21% VAT. Price changes, typing errors, change in composition, model or execution are reserved. We strive to keep our prices as sharp as possible for you. We therefore do not charge any administrative costs.

 

Order and payment consumers

You can place your order in our webshop after you have created an account (or after you are logged in if you already have an account) or as a guest. You will then receive your order confirmation by e-mail with the payment details. You can pay with us by credit card (MasterCard / Maestro / Visa / Carte Bleue), Ideal, Bancontact / Mister cash, V-pay, Bitcoin, ING Home'pay, giropay, Belfius paybutton, KBC / CBC payment button, Paypal, cash on delivery and with prepayment. All orders must be paid in advance. If we have not received your payment within 14 days after placing your order, your order will automatically be canceled. Our payments are processed by Mollie payments. If you have any questions or problems with your payment, please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.

 

Order and payment wholesale

If you want to place an order as a professional, you can inform us by telephone or e-mail and you will then receive an invoice by e-mail with the purchase prices that apply to you.

 

Cancellation

Canceling orders is free if no costs have been incurred by us. Orders for which we have not received the payment within 14 days of being placed will automatically be canceled. Orders for which costs have already been incurred, such as shipping costs or costs for payment transactions, can be canceled via e-mail, in which case you will receive the purchase price minus the costs we have incurred.

 

Shipment

Shipment takes place after the total invoice amount has been received by us. Dutch orders are shipped by DHL or PostNL, Belgian orders are shipped with Bpost. Orders to other countries are sent, depending on the tariff, either with PostNL, Bpost or DHL. When your order is shipped as a package, you will receive the track and trace code of your shipment by e-mail after it has been registered.

 

Shipping Address

Always check your shipping address before confirming your order. Extra costs resulting from a wrongly stated shipping address by the customer (eg shipping and return costs) are passed on to the customer.

 

Shipping costs

Consumers: Orders within zone I are always sent free of charge. Orders within zone II and III are sent free from € 100, -. More info.

Professionals: Our shipping rates can be found on the price list for professionals that you can request by telephone or e-mail.

 

Liability

Parocare is not liable for damage caused by purchase and/or use of delivered products. Parocare is not liable for damage, theft or loss arising during shipment of the delivered products.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

If your order is not what you expected, you can return the products within 14 days after receipt at your own expense. Products can, in connection with hygiene and shelf life, only be returned unused and in an unopened and undamaged packaging. Send a copy of your invoice with your shipment. We will refund the invoice amount - after receipt of the products - as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the order is returned.

Guarantee and conformity

If the product delivered to you does not comply with the order agreement, we ask you to report this within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If we consider your complaint to be well-founded, we will repair, replace or reimburse the products in consultation with you. The maximum reimbursement is equal to the price you have paid for the product.

 

Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about a product and/or other aspects of our service, you can inform us by e-mail or post. We will respond to this as soon as possible, but in any case within 2 days of receiving your complaint. If it is not immediately possible to give a definitive answer, we will send a confirmation within 2 days of receipt of your complaint with an indication of the period within which we expect to be able to respond substantively.
